Syed Waqas Zamir
Syed Waqas Zamir received the B.Sc. degree in computer engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan, in 2010, the M.Sc. degree in Digital Signal Processing from Queen Mary, University of London, in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in Image Processing from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Spain, in 2017. In general, his research interests are in the field of image and video processing, color science and computer vision. In particular, he is working in the development of perceptually-inspired gamut mapping algorithms for camera, post-production and display technologies.
