Praveen Cyriac received the M. Tech degree in computer science from Kerala University, India, and the PhD degree in Information and Communication Technologies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), Barcelona, Spain in 2017. His thesis entitled 'Tone mapping based on natural Image Statistics and Visual Perception Models'. He is currently a Post-doctoral fellow at the Image Processing for Enhanced Cinematography group at UPF. His research interests are in high dynamic range imaging and tone mapping.
